INCORPORATION
OrePac Holding Company is formally incorporated on August 31, laying the legal foundation for future growth.

1977

COMPANY FOUNDED
Oregon Pacific Building Products, Inc. is established — the genesis of everything OrePac stands for today.

1980-1987

FIRST REGIONAL EXPANSION
Branch locations open in Sacramento, CA, (1980); Wilsonville, OR, and Tacoma, WA ,(1981); and Boise, ID, (1987), expanding OrePac’s footprint beyond Oregon.

1992-1994

GROWTH ACROSS THE WEST
New locations launched in Ontario, CA, (1992) and Spokane, WA, (1994), strategically extending service reach.

2000-2003

MOUNTAIN & DESERT MARKETS
OrePac enters the Denver, CO, (2000) and Salt Lake City, UT, (2002) markets, followed by Phoenix, AZ, (2003).

With the purchase of a 40-acre/130,000 square foot facility near Roseburg, OR, for the purpose of manufacturing moulding and millwork products.
