Packaging
Door packaging is 4/ pallet on bypass and 5/ pallet on passage. The mini pallets are wafer board crates on 4 sides with banding and pallet stickers.
Glass doors, 1/6 passage doors, and louver doors are wrapped in shingles.
Veneer mouldings are shipped in 100 units.
Plant Storage
OREPAC will provide "on loan" door storage pods that hold 8 doors each for extra doors. These pods are carpet separated and have an acrylic side bottom for easy storage.
Touch Up
OREPAC will furnish 10 stain bottles that have brushes in the caps for new start ups. Thereafter these are available for $5.00 each.

All doors are mortise handed (example 2/0 LH) mortise handed provides the quality look that is seen in finer homes.
Door sizes are stocked in sizes to meet each factories specifications.
Jams are stocked in sets with machined latch and hinge legs with a 3/0 head. Jamb sizes are stocked in widths to meet the needs for each factory. All jambs are double rabbited meaning that the stop and jamb are one piece. The weight of the hardwood doors sometimes exceeds 60 # and through use or over the road shipping can cause an applied stop jamb to separate. We guarantee that this will not happen with our jambs.
Veneer mouldings are available in #356 5/8 x 2 1/4 casing and #623 1/2 x 3 1/4 base. They are stocked in clear cherry, dark cherry, and light fir.
All jambs are mortise handed. There is also a jamb for the marriage wall in dark cherry and light fir. Double door jambs and astragals are available.
Merchandising Literature
OREPAC will provide an 8x11 color artwork customized for each factory with an acrylic display including retailer pocket cards.
